1)First, you need to dilute with PG/Vg fir, the Mix ratio is 5%-10%,
mint flavors 5%, Tobacco flavors 8%, Fruit concentrates10%.
For Russian, the ratio may need more 8%-12%,
After the  liquid is ready don't it immediately, it tastes much
better if you keep stocking it for More than 2weeks.

2)Choose more VG or more PG for making  juice?
it is according to your customers, tasting or the people in your area like.
VG is thick, sweet, smooth and more fog;
PG acts as a dilution and enhances the strike throat fellings
