First, you need to dilute with PG/Vg first, the Mix ratio is 5%-8%, no matter mint flavors, Tobacco flavors, Fruit concentrate flavor concentrates.....the same dilution ratio, For Russian the ratio may need more 8%-12% After the juice liquid is ready don't vape it 
it immediately, it tastes much better if you keep stocking it for around 2weeks.
